We built it for ourselves first
Nourish + Bloom Technologies grew out of running our own stores. We lived the problem, proved the technology, then turned it into a platform anyone can deploy.
Our story
We launched Nourish + Bloom Market during the pandemic to bring fresh food to neighborhoods that had been left behind, including historic food deserts in Atlanta.
Traditional retail could not make the numbers work. Staffing every hour was too expensive, so we built autonomous stores that stay open around the clock with no checkout line.
It worked. Now we bring the same infrastructure to hospitals, campuses, and enterprise sites that need food and supplies available at every hour.
